The room was cold despite the heating being on, forcing us to use the oven for warmth. Linens and towels reeked of cigarettes, detracting from a supposedly non-smoking room. The extra pillows provided at check-in were a nice touch.

all in all spacious room. the bathroom was particularly good and the beds exceptionally comfortable. location: the hotel was just off the high desert, the breweries in the bend ale trail and a basketball tournament. every member of the staff was really kind and wonderful.

Appreciated how comfortable the property was. The location was decent and comfy there, so close to downtown. Moreover, it's really close to the breweries in the Bend Ale Trail, malls and a basketball tournament.

Some parts shine, others fall flat

The staff is friendly and eager to help. The rates are fantastic, and having a full kitchen unit.

Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were issues with the room not being properly cleaned .

the only hand towel we got was kinda disappointing, but loved that the room had a fridge and microwave. also, the bar restaurant just down the road was a nice bonus! parking right by the front door is awesome! !

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy

I loved how the room felt so inviting and comfortable ! The bed was a cloud, seriously, I couldn't wait to dive into it after a long day of exploring. Plus, I was a big fan of the excellent shower and friendly staff, made my mornings brighter!

The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.

I was disappointed with my stay. There was only one hand towel for two guests, completely unacceptable. The room was not well-kept and clearly lacked proper maintenance. It felt dirty and the wifi didn't work at all.

The value inn had a great location, super close to downtown. The front desk staff were really friendly and even helped us park our truck close by. It was much appreciated!
